Last updated: 9 October 2026 1. Who is responsible EuroMatch is operated by KAP International, UAB (company code 302298274), Kuršėnų g. 27, Upynos village, LT-88227 Telšiai district, Lithuania. Telegram does not run or endorse it, and this policy replaces Telegram's standard bot privacy policy. 2. What we collect • Your Telegram ID, username and chosen language • Your profile: name, age, gender, who you are looking for, country, city, bio, photo and interests, and the countries you choose to search in • Your activity: likes, passes, matches, blocks and reports • Payment records: Telegram's payment ID, amount and date. Payments are processed by Telegram; we never see your card details. 3. Why we use it To provide the service: show your profile to other users, suggest profiles to you and create matches (performance of our contract with you); to keep the community safe by reviewing reports and banning abusive accounts (legitimate interest); and to keep payment records (legal obligation). Who you are looking for may reveal your sexual orientation; by providing it you consent to its use for matching. You can withdraw consent by deleting your account. 4. Who can see it Other users see your profile. When you match, each of you receives a link to the other's Telegram account. Moderators see reported profiles. The bot runs on Telegram, which processes messages under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we hand it to nobody else unless a law or court order obliges us to. Stored data is accessible only to the people who run and moderate EuroMatch. 5. How long we keep it Until you delete your account under Settings → Delete my account, which immediately removes your profile, likes, matches, blocks and reports. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. If an account is banned, its record is kept so that the ban cannot be bypassed. 6. Your rights You can access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your data, and object to its use. Edit your profile under Settings, or write to kapinternationalfbinsta@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days and may first ask you to confirm that the request comes from your own Telegram account. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt). 7. Age EuroMatch is only for people aged 18 and over. 8. Changes We may update this policy; the current version is always available at /privacy.
